Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and nursing homes, health and medical care, home care, as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The company will manage all municipal care operations in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by the city of Landskrona.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a confident and committed occupational therapist? Do you want to work with a holistic perspective and quality in rehabilitation to make a real difference in people's everyday lives? Then you are the occupational therapist we are looking for!

Our reception team assesses patients' needs for support at home after hospital stays. As an occupational therapist, you will contribute your expertise in assessing, planning, and implementing interventions that may include training, environmental adjustments, and assistive devices.

Your job responsibilities include, among others:

• Assessing mobility and activity abilities as well as needs for assistive devices.
• Prescribing and training in the use of assistive devices.
• Instructing and guiding nursing staff.
• Collaborating closely with other professionals in care and nursing to create holistic solutions.

As an occupational therapist with us, you will be part of a competent and supportive team. The team consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and nursing assistants who collaborate for the best interests of the patient. As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for your part in the team's holistic work with the patient in focus. You will have close collaboration with the entire team, which includes daily check-ins and home visits together with other professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who wants to work with people based on an ethical and professional approach.

In your professional role, you have the ability to plan and structure your work from a patient perspective. We see that you are responsible and can prioritize your work. The job requires that you have a good ability to work independently as well as cross-professionally. As a person, you are attentive, communicative, and have a good empathetic ability. We are keen to find the right person for our happy and open team and therefore believe that personal qualities are more important than the number of years in the profession.

Your personal characteristics are of great importance for the position, and we are looking for someone who has a good ability to collaborate and promotes a good working environment. Furthermore, you have a rehabilitative/enabling perspective and the ability to motivate and inspire those around you. You can prioritize and plan while also being able to quickly adapt to the needs of the operation for the day.

Requirements and merits:

• Licensed occupational therapist, or that you will be licensed by January 2026.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).

Experience in the profession and within municipal health and medical care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated and engaged applicants who possess the personal competencies we are looking for.
